On the nose a wide range of floral aromas, such as white rose, gentian, acacia and spring flowers, and fruity aromas, such as white peach, Renetta apple and pear. On the palate juicy and fresh, clean fruit over a hint of stony minerality, wrapped up with a high note of fresh-fruit acidity.
Ribolla Gialla with its zesty and refreshing acidity pairs really well with fresh vegetables, raw fish and lighter meals. Fish and shellfish are classic pairing partners of this wine.
