Grapes are pressed then macerated with the skins for a short time to obtain the best colour. Cuvée is prepared by fermentation in stainless steel using the Charmat method lasting four months at a temperature of 16°-17° C.
TASTING NOTE
Medium deep rose color, light cherry with a gentle mousse. Bouquet of flowers with hints of rose and violets, red berries, strawberry and raspberry. A youthful mousse and acidity, fresh red berries and long creamy finish.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Perfect for a summer evening, it is especially nice just by itself. Wonderful accompaniment to white meats, seafood and canapés.
