A collection that includes the four wines of the Pura Terra line that encompasses the twenty year experience of a wine making tradition equally attentive to fresh and delicate wine making and the sustainability of productive processes respectful of the environment and the men and women who live on it. One of the first wine estates to believe in organic growing, Piera 1899 was the pioneer of a now fully established tendency founded on a sustainable agriculture model and the potential of a chemical free viticulture respectful of the local area and its vines.
Deep ruby red in color with lightly garnet tones from ageing, Cabernet Sauvignon Pura Terra is a wine with hints of red pepper and red berries. Aromas of vanilla and straw emerge after ageing. Perfect with red meats, chicken and game. Delicious with cold cuts and ripe cheeses.
A wine with an Intense and brilliant straw yellow color and an elegant aroma with hints of orange flowers and fruity and fresh notes of apple, pear and exotic fruit with slight nuances of dried fruit. On the palate, the freshness of its acidity creates a perfect balance with its smoothness.
Pinot Gris Pura Terra with its zesty and refreshing acidity pairs really well with fresh vegetables, raw fish and lighter meals. Fish and shellfish are classic pairing partners with Pinot Gris.
Straw yellow in color with greenish hints and a fine and persistent perlage, Prosecco D.O.C 075 Carati has a fruity scent with tones of pear and golden apple. Very agreeable taste, sapid, with fruit and flower notes.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is suitable both to celebrate and to be enjoyed at any moment of the day. It perfectly matches with starters, light main courses and superb with fish.
Bright golden yellow in color and a fine and persistent perlage, Moscato Pura Terra has a fruity scent with tones of exotic fruit and orange peel, peach and apricot. A sweet wine with notes of delicate citrus aromaticity.
While dessert is Moscato’s forte, cheese courses, charcuterie or antipasto plates can be perfect pairings. Its versatility and the lower alcohol make it an ideal aperitif candidate.
